Thank you for supporting our mission to make AI more accessible for all.
Your gift will help Feminist AI put technology into the hands of more makers, researchers, thinkers, and learners — and reimagine AI for everybody.
Feminist AI is part of Mutable Studio Inc, a 501(c)3 organization. Donations are tax deductible.
Our Commitment
Feminist AI works collaboratively with our community members to reimagine technologies and build alternatives to predatory algorithms increasingly employed in industry. We engage people at all levels of technical expertise, privileging lived experience over formal education or work history. We demonstrate that algorithms don’t have to be exploitative and exclusive — they can be designed by and for the people who are most impacted by their prevalence.
Our Work
Our operations are dependent upon our dedicated team of volunteers, who have been developing and running our programs since Feminist AI was founded in 2016. We began in Los Angeles, and have since grown to include members from around the world.
Our programming typically centers around year-long research and critical making projects. Our workshops, educational events, and exhibitions have reached and amplified the voices of thousands of participants.

Co-create new AI projects that contribute to a more equitable tech landscape.
Continue our educational programming, and develop future workshops and courses.
Provide hardware and software for our researchers, core team, and community.
Keep our community programs free for BIPOC participants as part of our commitment to equity.
